DESCRIPTION:Princeton Studies Food\, the new umbrella group that gathers all things food/agriculture and related complex systems – from events to academics to the community of the table – is celebrating its launch on Friday\, 4:30-6:30\, at Frist 100! Kelly Caylor and Tim Searchinger will be leading the way\, faculty-wise\, and Gordon Douglas\, an alum who is providing seed funding for the work\, will speak. We have members from a couple of participating student groups – Spoon University (Rosalie Czesana from this group cc’d above) and Greening Dining — who will be on hand as well. And there will be food from Campus Dining!
