Student teams from the residential colleges and the graduate college will face off in a cooking contest creating globally inspired, plant-forward entrées. The inaugural Princeton Tiger Chef Challenge featuring Earth Day Food Expo kicks off at 4pm on April 22nd at Alexander Beach, and you’re invited to take part in the festivities. Come by for artisan food & beverage samples from local vendors, Princeton’s own culinary competition between the residential colleges, and a performance by Princeton’s own Valley Academy.
